    Our jewelry is made of sterling silver fill, they're high quality and can last a lifetime with care!

  • ⦁ Can I shower with my jewelry?

    Keep your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing. Be sure to remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering/bathing, swimming or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with moisture.

  • ⦁ How do I care for my jewelry?

    You can follow these instructions to increase your jewelry's longevity & luster;

    • Wipe your jewelry after each wear with a soft, gentle cloth.
    • Store your jewelry in your original La Lukas pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong life.
    •  Avoid harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in pools & hot tubs, lotion, perfume, and hairspray
    • Avoid sleeping in jewelry to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
    • If your jewelry is looking dull, you can polish it right up with a polishing cloth! To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap.

    2. We don’t currently offer our rings in half sizes, so we recommend taking the larger size if you’re in-between sizes. For example, if you are between a size 5 and 6, we recommend purchasing your ring in a size 6.

      Cut a strip of paper (the thinner, the better).

      Wrap the paper around your finger as tightly as possible and mark the point where the paper overlaps.

      Measure the length of the paper strip in millimeters (mm) from tip to pen mark. Enter the exact number in our ring size calculator (do not round the number).

    Yes, if you’d like to purchase an item that’s currently out of stock, head over to the product page and click the red “Notify Me When Available” button. We will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase. If the product you’re looking for is no longer on the site, it means we do not have plans to restock it.

    We can change your address if you message us within 24 hours. If you message us after, we may be able to change it, but it is not guaranteed as it may have already been shipped out. We try to work on our orders as soon as they are in!

    Domestic All taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address. International All duties and taxes are calculated within the final price before you complete payment. In most cases, this means you won’t have to pay extra charges upon receiving the package (but this does vary depending on the country).     Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. We have free international shipping on orders over $200 USD.

    Yes! We offer free US shipping on orders $75+, and free international shipping on orders $200+ USD. It will be automatically applied.

  • ⦁ Will I have to pay a customs/duty fee?

    You might, depending on where you live. Although most packages go through without any charges, there are some that may incur charges (especially in the UK). Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duty. We are not responsible for paying any customs taxes on international orders.

  • ⦁ How long does shipping take?

    Domestic shipping in the USA should take 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. We do have faster options: USPS Priority should take 2-3 days, and USPS Priority Express should take 1-2 days. Please note: these are estimated times, and are NOT guaranteed by USPS.     If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Stolen packages are unfortunate, but we are not responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our studio, as we have no control over it.

    Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of the order date (45 for international orders). Items must be unworn with original packaging. US Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering using a pre-paid label. You can choose either store credit (free return shipping) or refund to original payment method ($5 return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund). International Orders: Send your jewelry back within 45 days of ordering. You can choose either store credit or refund to original payment method. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.     We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges right now - instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free shipping, and store credit to ensure you receive something you love. *US only. International orders are responsible for shipping.

  • ⦁ When will I get my store credit/refund?

    Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received in our PO box. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.

  • ⦁ Is your jewelry sustabinable?

    Our jewelry is made with clean, low-impact and recycled materials as much as possible. We put our zero-waste philosophy to work every day, releasing limited-run batches every season and saving only the best casts for larger production. We believe nothing is really lost; it's all about transformation. All of our sterling silver pieces are made of 100% recycled metals from previously owned jewelry, industrial metals and electronics components. We use eco-brass for our gold plated pieces, and exclusively partner with jewelers using audited plating facilities.

  • ⦁ Is your packaging sustainable?

    We believe that less is more. Our packaging is reduced to the essentials and all our shipping mailers are made of 100% recycled paper.

  • ⦁ Are you carbon neutral?

    Yes, La Lukas is a carbon-neutral company. We offset 100% of our carbon emissions from cradle-to-grave, thoroughly taking into account the full lifecycle of all our products, from the extraction of raw materials until the disposal of our pieces.

  • ⦁ Does your jewelry have nickel?

    No, our gold filled and sterling silver jewelry does not have nickel and is hypoallergenic, meaning that anyone with metal allergies can wear them

  • ⦁ Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! You can purchase an electronic gift card by clicking here. Gift Cards We do not offer gift cards for international customers at this time.

  • ⦁ Can I add a gift note and/or gift packaging?

    You can add a gift note by clicking on “Add a gift note” from your shopping cart before you click “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.” We don’t offer gift packaging services at this time, but you can add a Gift Box to your order and we’ll include the jewelry from your purchase inside the box. There is no packing slip or receipt included in our packaging so there won’t be any indication of prices to your gift recipient.

    Unfortunately, we are currently 100% online. We may try to have stockists in the future though!

  • ⦁ Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Each jewelry order comes with a complimentary gift pouch, ready for gift giving. Orders don't come with receipts, so you won't have to worry about the recipient knowing the price! We try to be as sustainable as possible, so we include one complimentary gift pouch per order. If you would like an additional pouch, you can purchase them for $2 here: Extra Gift Pouch
